Das bewahrt die wertvollen Inhaltsstoffe sowie das pflanzeneigene Sesamolin, das als natürlicher Oxidationsschutz fungiert und das Öl haltbar macht. Das nussige, sehr milde Aroma dieses Sesamöls bringt asiatisches Flair in Ihre Gerichte. Tipp: Sesamöl sollte nur vorsichtig erhitzt werden! Zum Verfeinern von Gemüse, Fisch, Reis und Nudeln geben Sie das Sesamöl erst kurz vor dem Servieren hinzu.
